Webinar: Battleground Issues for Lost Profits Calculations

Learn strategies for your next lost profits calculation
11 a.m. Thursday, July 12

In this upcoming webinar, Zach Reichenbach of Ellin & Tucker will explain the common battleground issues between dueling experts when calculating lost profits. These battleground issues include the variable versus fixed cost analysis and the importance of understanding how it can affect the lost profits calculation. Zach will also dive into issues that arise when forecasting revenue expenses and how experts can come to drastically different conclusions using the same set of facts. Webinar attendees will learn the different ways to forecast revenues and expenses and why some methods are better than others based on the facts on record in the case. Finally, Zach will explain how the attorney can work with the expert in getting the required information to perform a lost profits calculation, such as through subpoena of documents, deposition strategies and management interviews.
